Hello, I’m Javier: the organisational change specialist who delivers results whilst championing the value and needs of humans, society, and planet in any change.

A Harvard-educated social anthropologist with 25+ years across private, public, and third sectors, I empower organisations to fulfil their goals through the nuts-and-bolts of change: operating model, organisational structure, systems/AI, people development, comms, and more.  

My globally minded approach, shaped by worldwide experience, is sensitive to the unique cultures of countries, organisations, and teams. This is all grounded with pragmatic ‘real world’ project management expertise.

I know that change is often hard not just practically but also emotionally – I’m here to help my clients get through those challenges successfully.

Hi, I’m Nicole, a passionate facilitator, coach and trainer with a strategic business background and a law degree.

I love people and teams performing at the top of their games.  Coaching ambitious cross-cultural C-Suites into High Performing Teams to enable them to create and maintain a Long-term Competitive Organisation really lights my fire. 

Co-creating a clear strategic direction, enabling members of these teams to be effective leaders, as well as communicating effectively with each other and with other stakeholders, are instrumental in achieving this. 

This inspires the team members to work together in a focused and effective way, ensuring objectives and budgets are met – and they greatly enjoy doing so.

The Zebra project is a natural extension of all I’ve done before and working together with Diana & Javier to enable more companies to engage with their stakeholders in a way that will guarantee organisational resilience is a privilege – and great fun!
